Privacy Policy
SafeZone UI is built so your work stays yours. Your videos, photos and projects never leave your device.
Effective: October 10, 2026
The short version. There is no account and no sign-in. Everything you import, record or export is processed and stored on your phone, and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else. The only data that leaves your device is what our advertising provider, Google AdMob, collects to show ads. That data is described in full below.
Who we are
SafeZone UI is published by Freddyville Media Productions LLC ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy, email safezoneui@fvmstudios.com.
What stays on your device
These are handled entirely on your phone. We cannot see them, and we never receive them:
- Videos and photos you open. The app reads them from your library only when you choose them, to show them under the platform overlay.
- Takes you record. The camera and microphone are used only while you are recording, and the result is saved on your device.
- Exported frames. These are saved to your photo library only when you tap export or share.
- Projects, thumbnails and settings such as your theme, overlay opacity and preferred platform.
Deleting a project removes its files, and deleting the app removes all of it.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
SafeZone UI is free and paid for by ads, which are served by Google AdMob. To do that, Google's software in the app collects the following. None of it includes your photos, videos or projects.
| Data | Used for | Used for tracking? |
|---|---|---|
| Device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) | Advertising, measurement, analytics | Yes, but on iOS only if you allow it |
| Approximate location, estimated from your IP address | Advertising, analytics | No |
| Advertising data, such as the ads you have seen | Advertising, analytics | No |
| Product interaction, such as ad taps and app launches | Advertising, analytics | No |
| Performance, crash and other diagnostic data | Keeping ads working, analytics | No |
Your choices. On iPhone, SafeZone UI asks your permission before your advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, you still get the full app, with ads that are not personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland. Before any ad is requested, SafeZone UI shows Google's consent form so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalized advertising. Declining is as easy as accepting, and the app works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time in SafeZone UI under Settings → Privacy choices.
Google handles this data under its own policies. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Safe-zone updates
Platforms sometimes change their layouts. SafeZone UI may check Google Firebase for updated safe-zone measurements. The two Google services involved are Firebase Remote Config and Firebase Installations; the check sends an anonymous installation identifier and basic diagnostic information, and never includes your media. Without a connection, the app uses the measurements built into it.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run accounts, profiles or analytics of our own.
- We do not upload, view or keep your videos, photos or projects.
Children
SafeZone UI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete personal data. We do not hold personal data about you, because what you create stays on your device. For advertising data, use the device settings above or contact Google through its privacy tools. We are happy to help with any request at safezoneui@fvmstudios.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will also note it in the app's release notes.
