Common questions
How do I check a video?
Pick the platform you're posting to, then open a clip or photo from your library. You can also record a new take with the safe zones already on screen. Anything under the red mask gets covered by the platform's own interface. Pinch and drag your footage until the green box holds everything that matters.
Are my videos uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is processed and stored on your phone, and there's no account. See the privacy policy for the details.
Why does the app show ads?
Ads keep SafeZone UI free. A small banner stays below the controls. A full-screen ad can appear when you open the app and before an export, and never in the middle of editing. The clean client-mockup export is unlocked by an optional video ad, which only plays if you choose it.
The app asked to track me. What happens if I say no?
Nothing changes, except that the ads you see won't be personalized. Every feature still works.
A platform changed its layout. Will the overlay be wrong?
The app can pick up updated measurements without a new version. If something looks off, email us the platform name and a screenshot and we'll check it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a project from its menu, or delete the app to remove everything. Nothing is kept anywhere else.
